Not sure whether you can make reservations. I walked in, was full, the staffs do not ask whether you would want to be put on a waiting list, but simply tell you it’s full and insinuate for you to leave. Have asked for take away coffee, said it’s not available for take away. I understand if it’s a strategy to keep them famous, but saying it in an arrogant way, it’s not tolerable.

Horrible attitude. Simply told us the restaurant is full and we have to leave despite us willing to wait and traveling to such remote area in a very hot day. The staff just shut the door saying that we’re making their air conditioner go away. Would never go again, such waste of time.

Nice place, good environment, however over-priced. The guy who served us, seemed not to care about the service. After sitting down for a couple minutes we were told “if no booking, no seats”, then were told to sit outside with no apologies at all. We then waited 20 mins for our ice coffees to which we asked the guy if the coffee would be ready soon - all I got was“ oh please wait “ Maybe we were just unlucky and got in at a wrong time - seating outside we were surrounded by a big group of loud people + got eaten alive by bugs, so bring bug spray.

interior is nice but I waited for 90 minutes for one cup of tea and a cheese cake. I changed my order and they looked so unwilling. I didn’t hear an apology from the owner only the employee. Really disappointing.

remote location....but it is worth the travel for a great cup

Blueberry cheesecake is a must-try. It tastes a bit different from the traditional ones - lighter and milkier - I like it! A very cozy and instagramable place to spend a late afternoon with friends. Need to wait for a little bit long for the cakes and coffee - but that’s ok because you are here to relax. It’s a pet-friendly cafe too where you and your pet can enjoy the outdoor seats.

Wolf and Shrimp Cake recently visited a coffee shop introduced by a friend. It is located at Ting Kok Road, Tai Po. It is far from the urban area and has a quiet environment. It is suitable for holiday and emptying. Ye Qiaolin's "Water Dance Room" MV is also here. The wolf and the shrimp cake were on the first floor, sitting on the terrace next to the window, the landscape was relatively open. Pay attention to your home. Shocking service at remote location. We went on a Friday afternoon, it was 10mins before their opening time of 1pm. Lady owner/waitress had poor attitude when we only enquired about whether food was served. No food but got a minimal selection of cake/croissant. Extremely off putting. But we made all the way to this spot so may as well order a coffee. Ordered $75 for an ice coffee, good enough, no fault there. Served with iced glass and iced coffee block. Reusable straw. The man who served us drink had a more neutral service attitude. Ambiance is nice, decor is good and well thought out... IG worthy I'd say. As we were finishing our coffee another party of two came in, same shocking attitude (by then I know it wasn't just us). Minimum spending one drink. Cheapest drink $45. Go ahead and pay for horrific attitude.

Awesome coffee. Tranquil and chilling ambience. Kitty Un Chi aka the shop manager was welcoming. Coffee’s price was a bit expensive. However, considering there was no time limit to stay there, it’s a good deal in HK. I will definitely go back there to chill and say hi to kitty un chi. :)
